"I planned my entire wedding and as I started to get closer to the wedding day, I realized I needed a professional team to relieve my mom from her duties. She had done such a wonderful job helping me plan my wedding, but I also wanted to gift her the ability to experience the day without wondering if flowers arrived or if guests were being directed. We reached out to Karie, and not only did she take all our information and organize it for our Vendors and Venue, but she also worked so hard for us on the wedding day. We loved working with Karie and her team. We experienced rain on our wedding day and should have been stressed about the logistics and the guests. Because of Karie, we were not! Karie reassured us that everything was going to be okay and already had a Plan B ready for the vendors and the venue that she was in the background executing. "We were having a small, family-only wedding ceremony. Even with only doing a wedding I wanted someone that was not in my family to ensure we got to the location on time, the officiant showed up, and that the musician we hired was cued and ready to go upon my arrival. While it all seemed "easy" I know I could not have enjoyed my morning and afternoon leading up to the sunset ceremony had we not hired Karie. She was organized and helped our family greatly by allowing us to be present on the wedding day"

"My best friend is a wedding planner but was also my Maid of Honor. Karie worked closely with my friend to provide services on the day of the wedding. Karie started meeting with us eight weeks out from the event connecting vendors, finalizing timelines, creating layout(s), and helping us with final print needs. She was with us at the rehearsal and the wedding day assisting with setup and timeline management. It was a great day, and we have Karie to thank for the ease of the day!
