Our Event Management service begins roughly eight weeks before your event. We step in to absorb all the details you’ve worked so hard to put in place, streamline vendor communication, and construct your logistical timelines. When the big day arrives, our team is on-site to direct the day, ensure vendor obligations are met, and walk with you throughout the day.

  • Master Timeline Creation: A minute-by-minute itinerary distributed to all vendors and VIPs.

  • Rehearsal Direction: Leading the walkthrough so everyone knows their place.

  • On-Site Management: Full day-of coordination, managing setup, cues, transitions, and breakdown.
